(2) Lead Counselors (Adult Services and Youth Services)

The lead counselor is responsible for coordinating and providing outpatient treatment and supportive services to chemically dependant individuals while providing daily direction and training to counseling staff.  May require evening and weekend duties.

This position requires extensive knowledge of chemical dependency and addicitons treatment.

CADC certified or ability to obtain CADC certification within 6 months of employment required. 

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or 3 years related field experience providing direct treatment to chemically dependent women, men, adolescents and their families required.  Experience and skill in providing counseling services to diverse populations required.  Individuals who identify themselves in personal recovery are required to have sustained a minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety.  TB, drug screen and background check required.

Salary $13.00-$14.00 DOE with Benefits
