Graduates of Strategies for Change Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient substance abuse treatment services, are invited to continue within our Aftercare series.

Strategies for Change Aftercare program focuses on reinforcement of the recovery skills learned, family relationship development and evaluation and modification of goals.
