Our "Options for Recovery" Perinatal Substance Abuse and Co-occurring Intensive outpatient treatment services is the only County approved Perinatal program that offers the listed broad range of services  at  low or NO COSTto most pregnant or parenting women who are residents of Sacramento County.

The Step-down Options Program Includes:

​1. Day Treatment: 4 Days a week, 6 hours a day 

2. Intensive Outpatient: 3 days/week, 3 hours/day

3. Outpatient: 1 and a 1/2 hour group. twice a week

4. 1-day: 1 and 1/2 hour group, once per week

(clients can be referred directly to 3-day intensive)
